Greenscape Landscape + Design service added drought tolerant trees, decomposed granite paths and drought tolerant succulents and grasses.  Five years ago the garden featured large mature trees shading a lush English garden.  El Nino and age killed most of the trees and in the record-setting drought water bills skyrocketed.
