A young family was about to list their large mid century contemporary home in the Sherman Oaks hills.  They came to GLD Landscape + Design for some ideas before they put their house on the market.  And in 24 hours the makeover was complete.  Old dated 70s plant material was replaced by cool looking shade plants and hardscape... and an ivy side yard was transformed into an Octopus (Agave) garden.
