Mid-Century Modern Makeover

This mid-century modern needed a makeover as the owners contemplated selling or renting their home overlooking the San Fernando Valley.  As a landscape design and installation company, GLD Greenscape Landscape + Design broke up and repurposed an old concrete patio into a new pathway around the house and into the backyard.  California Gold pebbles surround the stepping stones.  The lawn was replanted, a cozy, shady grotto was brought back to life, new beds with drought tolerant plants surround the property and a quick growing hedge will soon provide complete privacy.
